BAI provides excellent opportunities to gain real world on-the-job experience. The management culture is laid back and does not micro-manage. Constructive criticism and ideas are welcomed. The employees are professional both in the office and on the road. The benefits package includes healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k.

Great management, wonderful working environment, everyone is very supportive and respects one another, good pay, very inclusive (there is no bias here).
