Prepare to be micro-managed every single day. Upper management will hound you about dials non stop because of their lacking ability to generate enough material. This place once had a great work environment, which has been since destroyed. Employees are underpaid, micromanaged, and asked to reach unrealistic numbers. The mile walk from the parking lot to the building is also a nice added touch to how miserable this place is.
