No pay raise even when I was transferred out of my SDU to assume a role with a larger scope and heavier responsibilities. Decision still very much centralized at Berlin though the top management advocates for one GSSO. Some managers are still very conservative and closed-minded on allowing staff to work from home despite the top management openly advocating for it.
