As we are quite a big company, naturally we have some hierarchy steps. However, we have a quite open culture, overcoming all hierarchy steps. Everyone is apprached the same way.       Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
