It's great to see that our hybrid working models are so well received by you – we are very proud of them and live flexibility in our everyday work! Since appreciation, trust and a transparent communication (both within the team and with the manager) are fundamental aspects of our company culture, we are a little surprised by your assessment. Just as we offer flexible working hours, it is also up to our colleagues to reduce possible overtime individually. If this is not possible, it is also important to proactively approach the manager to evaluate possible solutions. Our employees should be able to develop freely, so it is important to place these topics with the manager in the regular feedback meetings or independently.
