- Friendly and multicultural environment - People development is taken really seriously. You won't be stuck in the same position for more than 1-2 years specially when you are starting. - People training is very good, you have workshops at least once a year to improve individual or team performances. - Challenging industry, regulations change at least once a year and you need to reinvent your marketing strategy constantly. Thinking outside of the box will really help you. - Management Team is really flexible and you can always obtain permission for doing personal things - Very good year bonus for achieving company's objectives - Good Health Benefits - Gym discounts - Good location if you work for the southern cone area.

Svantaggi

- Balance with personal life is not good at all. There is a bad inherited habit that is normal for people to stay until 7-8 or more and is considered acceptable. Besides there is always budget limitations for hiring more people. - Bureaucracy can be really tiring. People end up doing the same task 5 times because approvals are needed locally, regionally and globally. And of course all directors think differently. - This is not a very plannified company, changes are constant and people end up running all the time to achieve the same deadlines.

Toxic, politically charged environment, cliques of people each trying to place their own people in roles. A singular mis-trust and dislike of "outside" people who are brought in to move the company forward but the existing people who have worked there for years and years are all trying to protect and sustain their own roles and their own cliques. All show and pretty presentations but no meaningful, meaty strategy
