The folks that worked at this location (and others) were all delightful colleagues. The work is varied and fast-paced, and management is pleasant and effective.

It can be difficult to receive wage increases, so highly recommend advocating for oneself once you find that your time is more valuable than prior.

Working here is a crash course in retail management and customer service. Working with textbooks is challenging. Skills learned here can help you grow as a professional and give you a good base to launch from. This is a great job for a college student or someone who has recently graduated.

This company doesn't seem to care about its employees. I had a great manager, but they always seemed stressed and pressured from above even though they were working so hard. The hourly pay isn't too bad but the benefits are scarce, and opportunities to grow beyond store management seem nonexistent.
