Top management doesn't value your opinions, don't even want to listen to your inputs 6. And there's no one who you can reach out to, who can help you hence the attrition rate when it comes to account management team is quite high 7. They want to control how you plan on handling your clients 8. No one bothers when the clients are sending stinkers ... the pace of the work remains the same despite multiple stinkers 9. Internal meetings will be scheduled really late in the night as per josy's preference ... he will make everyone wait for hours
