The company are working really hard to ensure that every employee feels valued and has benefits available, from a scheme to buy an ipad to simple thinks like free car parking and subsidised snacks and drinks. The management team have turned the company around from where it was 2 years ago, moving to a new site with better facilities and improving all communication from senior managers to managers and team leaders especially with the appraisal system now in place. There is a fair bonus structure in place that is achievable and the basic pay is good. All in all a great company to work for
