      Decentralized Model, a lot depends on who you are working for. Branches are not all the same. Can be very stressful and chaotic Vision seems out of touch with reality of customer base Somewhat of a dysfunctional Family environment

      No pros at all but it’s better than being unemployed and living in mommy’s basement.

      Everything about this organization is awful. They will treat you like a turnip and squeeze every last bit of blood from you. No pay raises ever, so if some snot-nosed kid gets hired a year or two after you, you’ll be stuck at the same salary while they get another 10K more than you.
