--Fast-paced culture, not for everyone...things move quickly and if you love what you do and are passionate about working hard (and playing hard) then it's awesome but if you want a genuine 'work/life balance' it may be difficult to achieve (doesn't mean there isn't work/life flexibility because that definitely exists...it's simply not a 9-5 firm). --Firm can be too humble and not take credit where it's due
