Working at BCC Software has been a great opportunity filled with invaluable experiences and personal growth. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the mentorship and guidance provided by the President. Through regular one-on-one sessions and open-door policies, he created an environment where I felt supported and encouraged to expand my skills and take on new challenges. From engaging projects to collaborative team initiatives, every day presented a chance to grow both personally and professionally. Most of all, I will genuinely miss the supportive and empowering atmosphere. I am grateful for the knowledge I gained, the relationships I formed, and the positive impact this experience has had on my career trajectory. The experiences I had here will always hold a special place in my heart, and most of all, I'm going to miss the people. They're a leader in the industry and wouldn't be surprised if they continued acquiring other companies. They are continually trying to be better and want to make employees happy.

Maybe a con for some, but it has more of a small business feel, so you have to get your hands dirty. I enjoyed the variety of tasks.
