- Their is a very good team culture - The management team are kind, caring and listen to their employees - Very high end offices in both Tauranga and Hamilton, both are central to their respective cities. - Leave granted without question, within resonable grounds. - 37.5 hours are required per week, with good time management and planning, your working days can be relatively short and sweet. - Bonus's granted for employee's who work more for a full year, additional christmas gifts for all employees - Employee benefits, (health insurance with southern cross, extended parental leave). - Regular social events (paid by employer). - ability to WFH

- Can be easily sucked into working longer than you need too if you're not careful with your time management, deadlines must be made. - Very large company, can be hard to remember who's who. - larger companies struggle more with keeping up work culture and values compared to small business's. As BCD Group continues to grow, this may become a serious issue. - No redundency payout clause in contract
