Over the last three years, BCER has been trying to change something that was already working. Only time will tell if they are going to regret it or if it will turn out for the best. However, they are still a solid company and have a great culture of giving back to the employees and community.

sometimes they are biting off more than they can handle, or allowing architects to set exceedingly tough deadlines instead of pushing them to set more realistic deadlines, creating a slippery slope.
