The leadership is very intentional about considering where we want to be and how we get there. There is a very real connection to our core values, with integrity permeating throughout.

There is a culture of serving our clients through superior technical and management solutions, but there is not as much focus on serving through great design. There are individuals trying to change this, but it needs to be a CULTURAL change at a more fundamental level.
