We have a lot to read.. Be patience !! Before 2019 the management was quite good, every individual in the company was satisfied and every individual has taken their own benefits. Here come's the HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! 2019 started and we could see all the colors in the office... apologize rather than calling it as office we can call it as a PARK coz management is busy with HR listening to songs... GUYS listening to songs is more important than handling client calls here. We have enough complaints with the associates and the regular work, but that doesn't seem to be under consideration of the management as management to close to only them who is mastered in SPYING. If you are a SPY you can even control the management, WOW !! such a good part, the only qualification to work in this company with better perks is your resume or your linkdin profile should recommend you as the atmost intelligent and talented SPY of the year. I don't have much experience in BCFORWARD that's the reason this question is for everyone in BCF... What's Management ? You are not fit to work in the company if they don't like you, hence, you are fired!! What ever are the below reviews every single review is TRUE to my best of the knowledge. But this doesn't seem to be TRUE for the higher management I guess. However, Lucky people are those who are still associated with BC FORWARD........!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES.
