      Good benefits and salary, plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Too many opportunities to move up the career ladder - there's layers upon layers of management. Many of whom don't need to be there! The company is good at mass producing simple products but struggles bringing novel products to market.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
