      Good company with multiple business units to move into if you don’t mesh well with a particular business unit. Great people to work from a non leadership level. Some good apples and some bad ones in leadership.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
