      I really like my job and fit right in due to my past experience working as a calibration technician of more than 20 years. I really enjoy working with me coworkers. My Manager Sally Crum is excellent because she does not micro-manage and my Supervisor Greg Ritner is great to work with because he is helping me a lot with understanding the Blue Mountain.

      I have a lot to learn using Blue Mountain for the calibration lab. Multiple screens to get into to enter the data entries. Also with the C2C, there's a lot to learn which is preventing me from performing my daily routine tasks.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
