Everything, this company does NOT care about its people. You are just a number in their book. The turn over rate is unbelievable. I wonder why? Work life balance? there is none, you mind as well sleep in your car they always want you there. This place loves to write their people up for absolutely anything, I never received a write up but saw plenty of BS write ups. your just a number to them your managers won't even remember your name. if you lost your job I would rather go on unemployment benefits than work for this place.
