      Depend on dept., some of the colleagues are quite friendly. Have mindset and motivation to change always. Open minded, young and energetic management team.

      Too many system while all not integrate and sync. No proper business process and no ownership, ppl working here just to make 'show' only. Inconsistent HR policy.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
