Vantaggi
The people are great. I never thought I would meet so many of my best friends at 1 job. Everyone gets along very well although it can be almost "soap opera-like" if you aren't careful. Nobody is happy with their jobs, but that may be the one commonality that pulls everyone together. Everyone is overworked and willing to pull together as a team when it is needed. There is also a lot of mentoring going on instead of actually documented training- which is great from an employee perspective, but not a business/quality perspective. The benefits are pretty good- start out with almost 4 weeks of vacation for entry level jobs. If you want to advance within the company, there is plenty of opportunity to do that.
Svantaggi
Management is pretty horrible, the pay is AWFUL compared to other companies, and they will work you VERY hard. All of your friends will be making much more money, in a much nicer facility and will be working more regular hours.
