      First 10 years were good and joy to work at

      Last 8 years were horrible. No long term or medium term strategies. Things just deteriorated to a point where lot of areas were showing problems. Some groups struggling severely with resources, especially human capital, due to short sighted planning.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
