      Working on average more than 10hours per day (some days reached 16 hours which is against the German law) and with min driving of 5 hours per one way (expect 10000km per month) Working lots of night shifts (8pm-3am) No Work Life Balance at all. Low salaries.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
