Decent compensation, worked with good people in the field (fellow sales team members were great, but people were either looking for a new job or trying to transfer out of the Diagnostic division).

Svantaggi

"Support" staff (marketing, contracts, quality, etc.) not held accountable to do their part, no work/life balance, high pressure with no corporate support.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
