      Massive workload, totally non achievable goals , many layers of management. Far too many. Everyone lives like they are on an island. Long work hours and no overtime given. Really large stress factors in this broken company.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
