      There are no pros. Too many people onsite literally died young in the short time I was there. Not to mention bad management releases bad products and no one will listen to the employees trying to alert them.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
