Nepotism and favoritism in some hiring and job openings has occurred. Constant revolving door for Country Manager turnover resulting in no long tern direction by leadership. Human Resources is not always trusted to respond favorably to Associates concerns. Clear disconnect of the distribution associates from the office associates.
