A lot of nice people who can work well with others. Inclusive culture, a lot of team work demonstrated across levels and countries. A relatively flat organisational structure. Senior management generally appears very accessible and competent.
Svantaggi
Tend to treat internal people poorly compared with new hires. New hires tend to get paid better at the same level as internally promoted staff. Certain managers focus too narrowly on the short term. Functional people in the smaller offices may have to multi-task and multi role resulting in a very stretched team. Resources can be spread very thin but the goals given are still tough.
