Oh where to start? If it wasn't for the benefits and retirement package I would leave. There is no respect for support staff. They are the grunts of any office and all menial tasks are placed on them. The account managers are considers superstars because they bring business in. Management fail to see that support staff is what keeps the client happy. They have this great lie they like to spew "one team one bank". It's not true. The amount of stress and pressure in this job is not worth the minimal salary.
