Cons are more important and need to consider before applying this company. 1. Worst Management 2. Highly Supervision. 3. They may check your IP what you are doing . 4. CC camera is installed on each corner to monitor your every step. (This feels like you are a prisoners and they are your host). 5. You have to work and focus on PC for the 8 hours like the Chinese. Not rest no emotions for employees. 6. Exams, Exams and Exams. After completing graduation, you have to study for a semester in this company. 7. From internship, only 10-20% goes for permanent employee. (Many resigned and others are fired. They fired approximately 50% of their trainee employee). 8. Fear of being fired(Mental Stress High) Most important cons-- 9. Worst Stack ever which doesn't give any opportunity in BD and other countries.
