Poor Management Accountability - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso BDO

There were ongoing concerns with management practices. There appeared to be limited accountability and, in some cases, senior management and line managers lacked sufficient experience or understanding of key operational processes. Additionally, overtime was expected at times without clear compensation or recognition. I raised these concerns through the appropriate channels; however, I did not feel they were addressed constructively. Following this, I was identified for dismissal without a clearly communicated or substantiated reason. This has raised further concerns about how feedback is handled within the organisation, particularly as I had raised these issues in good faith prior to this outcome.
