Travelling is optional and you can specify the degree tow hich you wish to travel in you performance review each year. There are opportunities to travel all over the world in audit. It is fairly easy to transfer within the company as they are easy to deal with. The employees are great to work with and the partners are easy to get along with and respectful towards the employees at all levels of the organization.

BDO is a smaller firm and tends to have smaller clients. If you want to be dealing with huge, well known, companies all the time then you would be happier at one of the big four.
