The department is run terribly, with zero strategy in place (although upper management likes to insist there is). More decisions are made because of being reactionary and moody than actual long term planning Several managers and junior staff have left. They get treated poorly, pay & benefits are petty, learning is limited, overworked...the list goes on Most days are a mess trying to deliver work that upper management has promised client (often without letting project team know beforehand). No resources, no actual consulting experts...just left to figure things out on your own List really goes on - just save yourself the hassle (no matter how desperate you may be) and don't join
