Overall, executive leadership had a strong vision for the firm and made a point of communicating major news or policies to the employees.

Department head was erratic and temperamental. Significant turnover led to being part of a team that was never quite whole, always in the process of training and/or letting someone go. Constant sniping between senior partners created a challenging work environment. Firm does high-quality work for its clients, but ultimately, interpersonal issues amongst staff/partners, etc. caused me to leave the firm. Additionally, work/life balance was nonexistent and compensation was quite low compared to competitors.
