BDR needs to do a better job with selecting vendors. They are ruining the worker experience. You are treated like a second class citizen of you are not a veteran. There is absolutely zero clear direction or processes. Clients get away with treating employees like trash with no consequences. The pay is insanely low for the amount of stress. You will be asked to complete tasks that are beyond your scope/ abilities, and the client will try to get rid of you if you speak up and challenge their lack of organization/ policies. This was the worst employment experience of my life. Totally toxic. RUN!!!
