Company has no stability with upper management 1 month you might have a district manager and field operations manager and the next month. You’ll have a totally new management team. 3. The pay is still behind compared to other third-party companies. 4. No raises I worked for the company for three years and never received one raise after attempting to speak with management and operations Director. 5. Mileage is a joke you end up spending more on gas than how much you get paid for mileage. You don’t get paid from the first store that you visit and you do not get paid from the last store that you visit to your house. 6. You only get $15 per month for data. However you take 1000 pictures a day and you upload so much data each day. Also when was the last time on your phone bill cost $15. 7. If you’re part-time you get paid significantly less than full-time workers, and some of those projects are the same as the full-time projects they just get paid more than you. 8. When traveling the company does pay for your flight hotel and rental car however, you do pay for your own gas and meals and you submit weekly your expenses however, the expenses can take way too long. They’re not paid out in an efficient manner. I submitted some expenses three weeks ago, and I still have not received them. 9. The company has no type of annual review with managers. Managers Do not call you and review your year or any type of yearly review. No personal goals within company. 10. Company will overwork you and underpay you managers from other districts will constantly call you and ask you to travel to their district to complete work, but I’m not willing to fight for you for more money or full time status. 11. When traveling to work for company if you’re traveling out of town or out of market and the company pays for your rental car you get pay significantly less per hour driving then you actually do for doing work. Example, if you work 50 hours for the week and 30 of those hours are driving and the other 20 is completing work you only get $10 per hour driving but you’ll be asked to drive from 4-8 hours away. 12. Not much company growth if you’re part-time or full-time, you might could end up in a district manager or field manager capacity, however, depending on where you’re located, that’s probably not an option.
