Vantaggi
A few of my coworkers were lovely and supportive.
Svantaggi
Within a month of working there, I was sexually assaulted by a coworker. Reporting was a nightmare and even with evidence (written statement, call report from a sexual assault hotline, texts, and a video of him approaching me in the office after the incident and telling me that he'll have to come out and visit me and put me on a couple of his projects) they found that it was 'he said, she said.' The original findings paperwork for me to sign had errors- including giving me the coworker's last name. I was also told I could not tell other co-workers what happened but if asked about the accused to tell others that he's "not my cup of tea." Unsatisfied with the result and feeling unsafe at work, I turned in my letter of resignation. The CEO immediately called me and inappropriately asked me to "put [myself] in [the accused]'s shoes." When I refused he asked me how it would feel if my boyfriend or father was accused. He asked me to consider the accused's family. The (recorded) phone call went on for nearly 15 minutes and he ended with saying that if I was his daughter, he'd tell me not to ruin my career over this.
