We absolutely welcome fresh perspectives and constructive input to help us improve our processes and products. Regarding the topic of remote work: We offer a high degree of flexibility - our employees work from home or other locations as it suits them, and we support one another when someone needs help. That’s how we understand teamwork: flexible, collaborative, and based on mutual trust. At the same time, this flexibility only works when the team functions well together and we can count on one another. To clarify: So far, a fully remote setup has not been part of any employment contract within our company.
