High Layoff Risk if You’re Hired for a Client Project - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso BEO Software

BEO as a company is good enough, but the worst when we come to some of the companies they have outsourced their employees to.

I had worked with BEO for some months. They had outsourced me to a german company called ACT Gmbh. I won't even call it as a company. Its basically a space where the employees are considered as slaves. We dont have any voice, we should not give any suggestions or our opinions. If we do so and the so called BOSS of the company did'nt like it, then we will get fired for sure. I was not aware of what ACT was all about whenI joined the parent company(BEO). And the interesting fact is like in the offer letter from BEO they did'nt mention anything about the company we are outsourced to. In BEO around 15-20 employees are working under this ACT Gmbh. There are some senior managers in the team who are supposed to manage the team and should listen to the concern of the employees. I am doubtful whether they are doing their duties. As I have mentioned, even the senior managers act like dolls which will work when we give some commands or perform some actions. I am damn sure that every employee working there is afraid of being the next person to get fired. And the funniest thing is once we outsourced any other company, BEO dont have any control on us, even though we have not signed any legal documents with the company where we are outsourced to.
