      Opportunities for progression or development, really good social atmosphere, relaxed office environment, everyone is really friendly and I felt welcome from when I started. First company I have worked at where there is no hierarchy.

      Everyone is really busy so sometimes you can wait a while to get the information needed for something - a lot of people are field based so this may be why.

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
