      Surveyors are a good bunch & very knowledgable. Salary Pension

      Planning is rubbish, but they'll tell you it's second to none. Head office staff, esp. the higher management, will say that things are fantastic and getting better even though they're not and nothing will change for 2+ years. very little in ways of career development for engineers unless your face fits.

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
