      Toxic culture, management completely out of touch with reality, lack of empathy and employee welfare not even on their radar even though they say it is. 45 working hour week, inadequate car allowance and no private medical insurance.

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
