not much I could think of

can pay more then other aba companies if you negotiate

inconsistent hours, they dont care to give you other clients if yours calls out, they say to just take days off, hours fluctuate so bad to the point it doesnt matter if you get higher pay, few hours equals low pay, they care more about numbers then quality
