By top management people. Also, they have had several lawsuits for firing people under false pretenses. But they keep it well hidden behind the coolness. Salarywise, they want to pay you 30% under what you would get anywhere else, because it’s betc. In a nutshell, work there as a freelancer, don’t get hired.
