Leadership doesn't listen to their employees and are making changes to the pay structure without transparency. Unattainable targets to make commissions nationwide and are constantly making promises they don't keep. There is zero room for advancement since a promotion means a lot more work and a lot less money.

When my contract with the client suddenly ended, they stopped communication. Never followed back up to find me another assignment. Just felt abandoned.
