You will be encouraged to speak up and then flogged for it Using diversity to pull in unqualified people into leadership roles thereby undermining the position and doing the promotes no favors Every leader tries to undo everything his/her predecessor had done before thereby causing more chaos and lack of continuity Promotions and salary raises are all at the whim of the managers (which is based on friendship/carpool cliques)
