      The best reasons for working at BHP is the pay and benefits. They will pay you well and give very good annual bonuses, good salary, stock purchase plan, and you are vested from day one.

      The downside is they do not like to give up people to other group for advancement they would rather fill the job with an external candidate so that make very challenging to advance.
