Management in London is atrocious. Joke of a leadership team, full of unskilled, righteous, uninspiring individuals who keep patting each others back despite their glaring lack of some sort of talent. No transparency, underhanded decisions and full implicit support from management to the outright racists and bullies in the office. Fear to speak out and put up/shut up generally followed by most. Result is a cold environment, people not talking to each other, and the office just being a constantly awkward experience. If you want to keep that smile on your face, only consider a BHP-London offer as your last option.
