I say it’s a very one way arrangement that implies toxicity. Not all those awards are true. 2. They also dont deduct salary for tardiness. 3. Company is very strict about safety 4. Salary can be competitive 5. World class office space with advance equipment 6. Dynamic workplace arrangement 7. Management (not all departments though) are competent and approachable 8. Great culture - we have a speak up culture 9. The company guarantees equal pay for men and women, ensuring no gender-based wage discrimination
